Fantasia – Hub Return & Replacement Policy

At Fantasia – Hub, your satisfaction is our priority.
Due to the nature of our logistics and fulfillment process, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless one of the following conditions applies:


1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective due to shipping, you are eligible for a replacement of the same item.

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Please include clear photos showing the damage or defect.

  • Once verified, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.


2. Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item, we will:

  • Send you the correct item at no additional cost, or

  • If the original item is no longer available, we will offer:

    • An alternative product of equal value, or

    • A full refund.
